Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. Sweet Candy Company offers UPS Ground Service, Second Day and Next Day Delivery. Flat Rate Shipping rates are dependent on the dollar amount of product per order.
*Order Subtotal is the product value before promotion discount, voucher deduction, tax and shipping.
** Second Day and Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 11 am MT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Saturday Delivery is not available for expedited shipping services. If shipping Second Day for an order placed before 11am MT on Friday, the package will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of when the order was placed, pending credit card verification. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or the following Federal Holidays: New Year’s Eve, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Shipments may be limited the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
These orders ship UPS ground service, and most orders will arrive within 7 – 9 business days.
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 11am MT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card verification. You may select two different expedited services: Second Day Shipping (package arrives in 2 business days), or Next Day Shipping (package arrives the next business day). Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday if the Next Day Delivery option was selected, or on Tuesday if the Second Day Delivery option was selected. Some delivery locations do not have Next Day service availability. In such cases, if you selected Next Day service during the checkout process, Sweet Candy Company will charge you and ship via UPS as Next Day service, but is not responsible for overnight delivery, if the service is not available to your location. Sweet Candy Company does not offer Saturday delivery options.
Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Sweet Candy Company cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Shipments must be to a physical delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to any PO Box, or APO address. For international shipping rate inquiries, please call customer service at 800-669-8669 ext 116.
Sweet Candy Company will not guarantee delivery of orders by a recognized holiday or occasion. Please allow enough time for your product to ship to its destination. All items ship from our Salt Lake City, Utah warehouse at 3780 West Directors Row, SLC, UT 84104. Transit to the East Coast can take up to a full week or more. Please plan accordingly.
Sweet Candy Company will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, or for addresses that were inputted incorrectly or incomplete when checking out.
Sweet Candy Company will not be responsible for delays caused by events or incidents beyond our or our carriers’ control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.
During the summer months (May – September), overnight shipping is highly recommended for orders containing chocolate to prevent melting. Non-chocolate candy can also be sensitive to excessive heat or sun exposure. Sweet Candy Company is not responsible for product damaged in transit due to weather conditions. Sweet Candy Company is not responsible for product that was delivered to its location, but sat on a hot porch or in the sun all day. On extremely warm days, Sweet Candy Company reserves the right to hold the shipment of product on a Thursday or Friday until a Monday or Tuesday the following week to prevent the possibility of the product sitting in our carriers’ warm shipping docks or warehouses.
