Opting Out of Email Subscriptions

You can unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each edition. Additionally, you can login to the website, and unsubscribe from any newsletters through your account settings.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the following business day. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following Holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Sweet Candy Company will not guarantee delivery of items by a recognized holiday or occasion. Please allow enough time for your product to ship to its destination. All items ship from our Salt Lake City, Utah warehouse at 3780 West Directors Row, SLC, UT 84104. Transit to the East Coast can take up to a full week. Please plan accordingly.

Sweet Candy Company will not be responsible for delays caused by events or incidents beyond our or our carriers' control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.

Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Sweet Candy Company cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Shipments must be to a physical delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.

WARNING WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: During summer time, overnight shipping is highly recommended for orders containing chocolate to prevent melting. Sweet Candy Company is not responsible for product damaged in transit due to weather conditions. On extremely warm days, Sweet Candy Company reserves the right to hold the shipment of product on a Thursday or Friday until a Monday or Tuesday the following week to prevent the possibility of the product sitting in our carriers' warm shipping docks or warehouses.

Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. For service availability and to calculate the delivery time for a package shipped between a specific origin and destination, UPS' Calculate Time & Cost.

Returns and Replacements

Please contact us within three business days after receiving your order if something is wrong with your order. For wrong items shipped, we will offer a replacement or refund. Shipping charges will be refunded only in the event that a wrong item is shipped.

If you experienced a quality problem with a product, please contact us via our Feedback form at and someone from customer service will contact you about a replacement or refund.

All items sold in the Sweet Candy Company's "Sweet Specials" section are final. All "Taffy, Pick Your Mix" taffy items are final.

If you have any question regarding your order, or are having problems placing an order, please call customer service at 800-669-8669 ext 106. If you want to track your order status, please log into your account.

If you have a current permit for resale in your state and want to inquire about becoming a wholesale customer, please call 800-669-8669 ext 117.

Subscribe and Save Terms-

Simply subscribe to your favorite products and choose how regularly you would like to receive them. We look after everything else. Effortlessly manage what you receive, when it arrives and the way you pay. Login to your dedicated portal from any device and easily update your settings. We alert you before each delivery or if there are any problems with your account, making it easy for you to keep track of your subscriptions. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time but we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped from our facility. If you cancel after it has been shipped the cancellation will take affect on your next payment cycle.

All Subscriptions are subject to price changes but you will be notified of any changes to the products you are subscribed to.

Sweet Candy Company reserves the right to terminate or block users who abuse the subscription function. After 3 resubscriptions your account is subject to review.

Payment, Pricing & Promotion

We accept the following forms of payment for online orders: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards and Paypal. We do not accept checks, cash, or C.O.D. orders.

All prices and promotions are subject to change. Sweet Candy Company and sweetcandy.com reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing due to changing market conditions, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. In the event of an incorrect price, Sweet Candy and sweetcandy.com reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for items listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and the order is subsequently canceled, Sweet Candy Company will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Promotions are subject to change without notification. If a product appears in the “Specials” section of sweetcandy.com, Sweet Candy Company and sweetcandy.com does not need to publish the length of time the promotion will run, and reserves the right to cancel the promotion and special pricing at any time.

Sales Taxes will be collected for orders that ship to Utah, at the applicable state tax rates.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please call (801) 886-1444 X116, (855) 772-7720 (Toll Free) to cancel your order (Monday - Thursday, 8AM - 4PM; Friday, 8AM - 12NOON, Mountain Time).

If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our Customer Service Department. Sweet Candy Company is not responsible for refunding a customer for unwanted products after the product has been shipping from Sweet Candy Company's shipping facility.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. When you share your name, address or email address with Sweet Candy Company, we treat your information with absolute respect and confidentiality.

No personal information is ever rented, sold, publicly posted or shared with other companies, organizations, or websites. All personal information, including your credit card information, is sent to us over secured Internet connections.

Sweet Candy Company may collect personal information, such as name, address, and email address. We may use this personal information to send newsletters, emails, surveys, and special offers to our users. A user may, at any time, elect to not receive such information.
